C8 HPLC Analytical
C8 silica gel is used for Reversed Phase chromatography for separation of moderately to highly polar compounds such as: Steroids, Nucleosides, Cyclodextrins, pharmacological plant constituents.
C8 bonded phases are similar to C18 bonded phases, but the shorter alkyl chains are less lipophilic than C18 and exhibit shorter retention times.
Other Recommended Applications include: Catecholamines, drugs, drug metabolites, dyes, Pesticides, PCBs, Antiarrythmics.

C8 HPLC Analytical is available in porosities of 100Å, 150Å, 200Å, and 300Å and particle sizes of 2µm, 3µm, 5µm, and 10µm.
