SorbaDex 20-LH is a beaded composite size-exclusion gel with dual lipophilic and hydrophilic properties. It is made specifically for use with polar organic solvents and aqueous solvent mixtures. The size exclusion cut-off for Zetadex-20 LH is about 4 to 5 kD. Dry Bead Size is 20 – 80 µm.
SorbaDex 20-LH is used for the process purification of proteins and nucleic acids as well as in the analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons as listed in EN 16143:2013
