CHROMABOND® C4 – SPE Cartridges

Properties:

  • Base material silica, pore size 60Å, particle size 45µm, specific surface 500 m2/g
  • pH stability 2-8
  • Butyl phase, not end-capped, carbon content 7%
  • Slightly more polar than C18 or C8, due to shorter alkyl chains the silica surface is not completely shielded

Recommended Applications:

  • Compounds which are too strongly retained on C18 or C8 e.g. analgesics from blood
