Our Purity™ MPLC Flash Cartridges have been specifically designed to optimize scale up from difficult TLC method development assays. MPLC silica gel has a tight 20-45um particle size distribution that provides higher theoretical plates for greater resolution.
When you have very low Rf values on TLC plate separations and scaling up to flash (40-63µm column) does not provide the desired separation clarity, you need the resolution power of our MPLC grades.
Choose granular for a cost-effective solution, or spherical to achieve the highest resolution and efficiencies.
